Crossfit Games Open WOD 13.2:
1) Push press or jerk every rep. Sprint the Presses and deadlifts.
2) Step ups, step ups, step ups on the box jumps. Use arms to push off your knee on the step ups. (If you are super-short or are a badass box jumper (i.e. an elite crossfitter), jumping is likely the only route to get a super-high score. But, for old geezers like me, step ups are the equalizer!)
3) Accelerate through the 10 minutes — set a pace so that you don’t need to ever stop.
4) Relax. Take the first round slowly to avoid burning out.
