- 225 lbs (4 x 45 lb plates)
- 120kg (4 red 25kg plates)
- 275lbs (4 by 45lb plates & 2 by 25lbs)
- and so on..
I’ve grown to love these little achievements. It helps keep my mind off of Bad Thoughts like how far ahead other people are or how gains are slowing. Instead, I just look to the next little artificial milestone and am happy when they come.
Today was a special day of a 100kg snatch PR (see video) and a 120kg Clean PR (no video).
